  • If you are a Care Seeker (someone looking for care services):

    • You must be a citizen or legal resident of Australia or hold a valid Australian visa.

    • You are responsible for ensuring your insurance covers any Carers working in your home and verifying their independent insurance (if any).

  • If you are a Carer (someone providing care services):

    • You must be a citizen or legal resident of Australia or hold a valid Australian visa that entitles you to work in Australia.

    • You must have the experience, training, qualifications, and authorizations required by law for the positions you apply for.

2. Our Services

  • We connect Care Seekers with Care Providers registered in our database.

  • We provide guidance and information to help Care Seekers and Carers make informed decisions.

  • We are not an employer, employment agency, or recruitment agency for any Carer or Care Seeker.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for interviewing, checking references, verifying information provided by, and selecting an appropriate Carer.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable employment, non-discrimination and other laws in connection with any employment relationship you establish.

4. Limitations of Our Services

  • We do not verify background checks on Carers or Care Seekers (except as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy).

  • We are not a party to any agreement between a Carer and a Care Seeker.

  • We do not recommend or endorse either Carers or Care Seekers.

  • We are not liable for the quality, timing, or legality of services delivered by Carers or the actions of Carers or Care Seekers.

5. User Conduct and Content

  • You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information you provide.

  • You grant Carekeepershub.com.au a license to use the information and content you submit.

  • You must not post any false, misleading, or defamatory content.

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Verification Checks

  • You authorize Carekeepershub.com.au to perform verification checks on you, which may include criminal background checks.

  • The results of verification checks may impact your ability to use our services.

  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of information obtained from third-party verification services.

7. Termination

  • You may cancel your link with Care Keepers Hub at any time.

  • We may terminate your access to the Site or Services if you violate these Terms.

8. Privacy

  • We will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked to from our Site.
